Well i want to say :I love you and you mean a lot to me" to my girl friend in spanish and in french so can anyone please translate it for me.

well in french it's je t'aime & Te amo in Spanish & Ti amo in Italian.
and Ana bahebek in Arabic

You are Welcomed, I don't know that Many languages. I speak a little french . I know the Italian and Spanish because there was a song that was called Te Amo , then when I told my Italian friend about it she said that it's the same in both language's and Arabic because it's my main language. LOL
