After I graduated from university, I came to a state-owned company. Then I found the department where I'm working is very strange. Before I came, their were 3 people there. One is the supervisor. The other two are employees, and bothe of them are male, up to 30 years old. Gradually, I found they seldom talked to each other! They never smile and say hello to each other. And they seemed to be unwelcome to me. They never sweep the floor and empty the trash. If our office is short for paper or pens, they would rather wait for me to get the stationary. What made me more upset is none of them is professional for their work. The supevisor not only has poor education background, but also is curry favor. The manager who is the supervisor's leader is a terrible woman. She is in favor of working over time. She even asked my colleague whose mother was ill,to work in the hospital! At one time, on one Saturday morning, She called me to get back to work that afternoon when I was in another city. Before she called me, she already knew I'm not in the local city. I refused her require, because I know I'm not the only person who can do the job. When I get back, she asked me to say sorry to every people in two deparments. So what should I do? I don't think I can bear it anymore. But it is hard to find a job right now because the ecmony crsis.

Finding a new job is not easy in these troubles times. But if you really are not on good terms with your boss and co-workers, the stress of it may affect your health. I'm sure you can find another job. But if you really don't have a choice, stick it out and try to relax when you're not at work.
