I am worrying about not worrying too much.
I am very aware that if I worry I will fall into depression and that won't help me or anyone around me.
However it is very difficult not to worry about what could happen in a few months if I don't find a job to replace the one I have. It will be ending at the end of this month and I will have no work until May but I need to pay the rent for those other months too

Yes times are hard but I just bear in mind that there must be others worse off and plod on MyLot helps so much to keep my thoughts elsewhere too!

I am worring about a job and paying my bills. I keep appling to places and no one calls me back so I am starting to get discouraged. I know i need to keep trying and pushing forward, but it's getting harder.

Hang in there. It is hard. I too am trying to get some business and it is hard. Keep trying. Do not be discouraged. Stay positive and goodness will follow. Good luck!

right now i'm worrying that i can't seem to fall asleep..it's gonna be 2 am soon and i'm still up and i have classes tomorrow..i don't wanna feel sleepy there and keep yawning and not being able to focus..

Well, that night has passed and I hope you managed ok in class. Try drinking warm milk or doing something that winds you down. Mylotting probably winds you up - ha ha. Maybe watch some TV.

Hello. I also tend to worry a lot. Right now, I am worried on what I will do on valentine's day. I know its silly. Me and my boyfriend arent going to spend valentine's together. I wanted to send him a card or something special on that day but, I dont know what and what I could afford.

The best and most special things should never cost a lot. Just spending time together having a picnic in the park or taking a romantic walk in the moonlight should be enough. Enjoy!

i am so lost and im unable to attend my practicle for 6 month because of personal problem.im worrying if i did not aligble to get my diploma but i just can help my self. i cant even think positive to make myself feel better.

I hope you have found some guidance and don't feel lost anymore. Please try to find some positivity, even if you remember that other people may have it worse than you. Hang in there and stay strong. Us mylotters are here for you!

Worry is the most counter productive thing we humans do, 99 per cent of what you worry about is never coming true. The one percent that is left you will be to busy coping with to worry about. You need to remember that you are the one in charge of your mind and all it takes is discipline to redirect all that energy from worry into
[ositive energy. Go for it.

I'm worrying about my boyfriend who's in the hospital right now. He's been there for quite a few days and even though I visit him always, and I know he feels fine now, I still can't get over the fact that he's there. The last time he was hospitalized was like 12 years ago.
