The first record I ever bought was a 7 inch of a punk band about 10 years ago. The first tape I ever bought was the "cocktail" soundtrack. The first CDs I ever bought- "Ace of Base" and "The Lion King" Soundtrack both at the same time.

hmmmm that was a long time ago. it was either Iron Butterfly, Nazarath, or Peter Frampton.

Howdy!
Mine was a 45 rpm vinyl record of "The Twelfth of Never" by Johnny Mathis.
I know that probably "dates" me a bit, and most of you on here won't know what a "45" record is, let alone have heard of the song! ;-)

What do you think my version of The Sweet was on, that was waaay back in the 70's, CD's weren't even thought of then. Iknow the song tho as my dad has it on a Mathis album. Thanks for the reply.
