I think you have to cook chicken longer with the bones in. This is to make sure it is completely cooked even inside the bone marrow. That may be why people prefer the boneless recipes.

I like cooking chicken with and without the bone. Of course boneless chicken works out quite expensive compared to the one with bones, however, find boneless ideal for appetizer and snacks. This is one chicken recipe that I love making (and yes, these are with bones) www.ifood.tv/recipe/crumb_fried_chicken

For me, it depends on the recipe. I think bone in chicken has better flavor, though. Boneless is good for stir fry and for nuggets, things like that. I like to take bone in chicken, coat it with flour, salt and spices, put a little dab of butter on it and "oven fry" it. It tastes like fried chicken without all the fat.

I like boneless and skinless chicken best, because it's easiest to cook with.
My favorite recipe for chicken right now is probably stuffing caserole;
mix a can of condesed cream of mushroom soup with a box of stuffing mix, spead in a baking dish, lay pieces of chicken partially buried in it, and bake. :)

Well I use both, depending on what i'm cooking. But I do love either, my favorite dish to cook is lemon pepper chicken. I just put it in a oven ware bowl and put a little water, butter and sprinkle lemon pepper on it and let it cook until done. I am telling you, that is the best smell. But don't be too hungry when your cooking it, the smell will starve you. lol :] Happy mylotting.

I most always buy the boneless. I love chicken and buy alot of it throughout the month. I have some in my fridge right now to cook tonight. I love putting it in everything. I like to add rice and seasoning to make a dinner. They have great recipes at www.kraftfoods.com and I love going there and searching for recipes that become a family favorite.

I like boneless chicken. It takes a while to take out the bones, you have to use a thin sharp knife. The only time I like bones is when I was making soup and you need the bones in for stock. If you watch it, you can get boneless chicken on sale. Thighs are a good buy, and they combine white meat and dark meat. And I get them in the large family sized packs.

Boneless is more expensive, but remember you are not paying for the bones that you just throw out. I sometimes buy a whole chicken or a package of legs or thighs, but I mostly buy boneless skinless chicken. It is just so easy to use. If money ever get too tight I will go cheaper and buy whole chickens. I do know how to cut up and de-bone a chicken, it is very time consuming.

I can cook either or. It does not matter. My husband does not like bones in his chicken. I love it with or without it. I can eat it just as long as it is cooked right. I love stewed chicken thighs in the oven. I also like broiled chicken wings or legs. I serve it with brown or white rice!
Hi! I am assuming that you have already had your baby! Congratulations on your new arrival! I have been gone for a while. I hope that I have the right person that I am telling this to!

I mostly buy boneless. I get it from the wholesale club, I can get 5 or 6 pounds for around $10, and that will get my family 2 or 3 dinners depending on what I'm making. But there are times I'll buy a whole chicken fryer and debone it. I normally do that if I'm making chicken soup or something of that nature. I'll boil the chicken all day, and save the water to make the soup, then debone it and add all the soup ingredients back into the water.
The only other time I buy chicken with bones in is when I plan on keeping the bones in, like fried or bbq'd chicken legs.

I know it may sound strange but I prefer pieces of chicken with bones - like thighs. Even if the recipe calls for boneless, I make the same sauce and use it on chicken pieces with bones. Like casseroles. Yummy!

Actually i like to eat chicken with bones. I havent got any recipes of boneless except the chicken lollipop. I do buy it ready, meaning no bones already so i can't answer your query how to remove the bones..
