suggest me a good text to speech software??

hi friends i can't read e books or documents in computer. as my eyes get pain to read books in computer..so please suggest me a good text to speech converter...by this i can gather the required information..thanks in advance happy mylotting:-)

The best is JAWS by Let's Talk. It's very expensive, but it will read everything on the screen for you. My friend just bought it and with her discount from the blind center it was something like $250.
