Who else is excited for Guitar Hero:Metallica?

I certainly am. The coolest part is that the game focuses on Metallica's older stuff. I'm particularly stoked about getting to play Master of Puppets. The set list is pretty amazing, I wasn't expecting much after World Tour but for the first time since number 2 there appear to be more songs that are good then there are crappy songs, probably because Metallica is such a cool band.

My boyfriend rented this game last month. It totally rocked! This was the first time I really got into it myself. We own World Tour but I mostly just watch him and his buddies play. I really got into the Metallica one. I recognized so many of the songs and loved them all. That got me hooked on just playing the guitar any jam out with the guys. I'm actually getting pretty good. Just yesterday, I competed 2 songs - on medium even!

This is great news, I did no know they were going to release a Metallica version of guitar hero. It is also nice to know it will focus on the early stuff. Thanks for the info.

I am,too. I have been a big fan of guitar hero since the first one, and I must say every game has been pretty good. I'm glad they chose Metallica this time. It's an awesome band and I bet a lot of people would be thrilled to play it.
