office politics

have you been experiencing office politics? in our office, employees are going mad... there are employees that are doing well w/ their job but some of their superiors would make up a report w/c the employee has not committed such act. there are non performing employees & yet they are not being touch but they stay safely on their position. some of our superiors have their own issues w/ their co superior...so, it results that employees are just victims of their superior issues....damned job politics....
