What do you think is the best way to show our friends that we sincerely appreciate them?

I think the best way is to tell them, I have lost a few very special friends over the last few years and I am so sorry I never let them know how much they meant to me, once people go it is too late, today I tell people how much I appreciate them, I recently made up a mini photo album for each of my very special friends with the photos of all our times together, as I am one for always taking photos, just a small way of showing what they meant to me....

Oh Thank you so Much Lilaclady.. Thats one of my weaknesses, i never tell people how i feel about them, only my family and due to that, just like you i have lost so many friends. I am praying that the Lord may help me!

maybe you are like me I was never brought up to speak emotion and tell friends how much they meant just never entered my mind until I lost a few very special friends...but i do tell the ones I have left and show them in little ways, it comes easier as you do it..
