I've never made a video call and I've never received a video call. You need a 3G phone in order to make video calls - which means that you can transmit streaming video and receive streaming video on you phone (it also usually means your phone has wifi). I've seen my friend use video call and it looked cool, don't carriers charge extra for video calls?

I often make video calls to people but not very regularly. Video calls are expensive than voice calls and these should be made cheaper so that people could make video calls more. At the moment, there is a great different in rates between voice and video calls.

I've heard of this, but I'm don't know if I have this on my phone. I can record videos though, but I haven't heard anything about my provider offering video calls. I can imagine that if my network did have video calls that they would charge me out of the ying yang for them.
