do you think that poor people deserve to be poor?

there are many kinds of poor people, but some are poor and in poverty because of conditions.
do you think they derserve this?

I know its difficult to become poor, but i think we make our own destiny.. We choose how we will live our lives.. If your poor now why not strived harder to have money..? Why not work hard so as not to become poor.. If they become poor because they are lazy and just wait for someone to give them food to eat and alms then i can say they deserve it.. but if they are working but its still not enough then we cannot blame them as long as they are doing their best not to live in poverty..
