are you satisfied with your life now?

Currently, a game called " roll call " is famous in Chinese students. the rules are you answer all the questions the people who called you, then change one of the question, and call on other friends. the questions are passing down. there is a popular question which never be changed (at least i saw that question every time i was called on.)
the question is "are you happy? are you satisfied with the life now ?"
for me ,the happiness are simple. I wish my parents' and friends' health, happy; and I can sleep 9 hours every day. so i am satisfied with my life now.

Nice topic. Well for me I am not satisfied. Why? because I want to achieve so many things in life I want to be more successful in what I am today.

i am not happy i have been with a guy for 8 yrs i am madly in love with him but i dont think he loves me anymore i know the best thing would be to leave but i just cant seem to make the move he did attempt to have an internet affair but it didnt happen he also lost his job in dec so i have been helping him pay the bills he still doesnt have a job i guess i am trying anything for him to love me i know alot of ppl do this and eventually i will wise up and leave just wish things were different i use to be happy now just low self esteem and a waiting game hoping to do the right thing guess im just stupid

oh my dear, I am not sure I correctly understand what you mean because I am not a native speaker of English. I can understand your feelings, I used to admire a guy for 4 yrs, I was too young and I thought that not love :) he did not like me because he thought we were different. I knew I need to leave but it was not easy as saying. I tried a long time and finally I forgot him. Then I fought my present boyfriend. I am happy now. I think you should start your new life, do not waste your time in a guy who do not love you. maybe you will find there is someone waiting for you for a long time.

Hello Obsidian! I can say that I am satisfied and not. I am happy because I almost got what I want. I married the man of my dreams, got a wonderful family and graduate in college. The only missing is that my husband is away from me right now. We can't easily be together because we live from different country. Hopefully, I can join him this year and that's the time I would say that I am happy.
