so i signed up for this site but really dont understand how you make money on it. i thought that they pay you to search but it dosent seem to be that good. so if some one could help me understand this site better that would be great. well for starters who do i make the money on this site? all i gotten was 11 swagbucks and i dont know what their for. is there a trick to making money on here or is it just a random thing that pays you to search. is there a certin amount of search that i have to do to make money or not? thanks in advance for any advice that you can give me.

Well you can earn "swagbucks" by searching, shopping through their website, and recycling old electronics like your phone, using their blog, etc.
You then can use these swagbucks to buy things from their actual store (swagbucks is the only currency there) or enter contests with the swagbucks being used as entry points.
Just gotta be patient with it!

thanks for the information it very useful and it makes the site more understandable. so do you make real money off the site or is it just prize that you get when you redeam your points? so far it seems like an ok site, but it looks like a site that i would have to spend alot of time on to make it far enought to get anything out of it.

It would be point redemption. But they have a page on the site that tells you HOW to make swagbucks easier too! I plan to recycle my cell phone when I get a new one myself.

, swagbucks is a currency of the site itself, having 11 swagbucks is like having $1 but still depends on the site policy and rules. In the store you can see many products that has swagbucks equivalent price like for example the Ipod Touch is 3,000 Swagbucks. But they have also some products that ranging from 3 to 10 swagbucks that you can snag already because you have 11 swagbucks now.
You don't earn in swagbucks unless you snag those e-gift card from swagbucks site then sell it to e-bay, that's were you get the money. I hope you understand what I am explaining here. Have a nice day sisco100

well nice tht u joined swagbucks. well u get those bucks while searching and not always. its just random selection of ppl. well u can get 1 buck, 2, 5 and i saw even 10 bucks. so its all luck. u can use those bucks to exchange with gifts. they have gift certificates also. i have something like 38 bucks now. hope to make it to 45 soon and get th 5 dollar gift card. tht shud b cool. just do normal search and wait to see ur bucks increase. try to add referrals also.

i love swag bucks. i joined a while back.. and i use it for my everyday searches. the more you search the more you earn.. you earn swagbucks randomly. you go to the swagbucks prize shop and trade you swagbucks into prizes...
i am still adding them up to get what i want.. so ..GOOD LUCK my friend
