In the regular oven. I tried a turkey fryer once but I thought it was a pain.

I cook mine in a roasting bag on a low oven setting overnight, by morning it is falling off the bone, moist, juicy, tender...not a good way to go if carving the nicely browned bird at the table is your thing..but for excellent flavored turkey, it works beautifully
