Do You Always Look Forward On Your Birthday?

Yes, as a matter of fact, it's my birthday today. I love birthdays because whenever I get up in the morning, I receive birthday greetings from my family and friends. And those loved ones who are away always find ways to communicate just to greet me on my birthday. Even though a lot of them are busy, and I don't get to receive material gifts, I am contented just by a "happy birthday" greeting. And I always thank the Lord for my birthdays because they're always special. And special things always happen during my birthdays, that's why I always look forward on my birthdays. :)

First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you!
I look forward to my birthday every year, not only because of the celebration, but I always use my birthday as a sort of New Year's to make my resolutions for the year. Instead of making them in January, I make them in September.
I make a big list of things I want to accomplish in the year...books to read, places to go, things to do. It's great to see what I have accomplished when I get to the next birthday. Of course, it helps that I am a list maker and enjoy it. But I always put plenty of fun into the birthday list. After all, what's life without fun???
