Which is better LCD or monitor?

LCD and moniter have both advantages and disadvantages in some aspect..... if we take lcd ,it occupies less space but the problem is the vision will not be clear when we see from side,other dissdvantage the scree is so sensitive as their is more chances for damages... on taking moniter it occupies more space as it is large in size but the vision will be good and cause of damage will be less.... so according to my mind i prefer LCD moniter as it occupy less space...

Erm...LCD is also a monitor? What you mean is a CRT monitor I guess. I'd go for LCD anytime as the display quality is nicer, has less radiation & less power consumption

LCD is the right choice to purchase for your work in office. 1) Its look more attractive and decent to office. 2) Space saving and your table. 3) Care to your Eye. 4) Good colours. 5) Good Displays. 6) Easy to carry anywhere. 7) Long life. One Disadvantage is Costier then Desktop monitor

despite now i am using monitor, if i have enough money, i prefer LCD. u know, LCD have many advantages: good to our health, especially our eyes, taking less space, easy to carry out, etc. any way, that's a simple question.

Yes!LCD monitors are replacing the desktop monitors now.Not only less power consumption,it also emits less heat and so it is eco friendly.And the viewing experience is far better with a LCD.The less space it occupies can also be taken into account.Cheers!

LCD is new technology and is much better than CRT. LCD is though expensive but is good for using with Computers and is also safer for eyes. There is another technology called Plasma that is bit similar to LCD and is becoming very common. CRT is not safe for eyes and also consumes more electricity. Thats why LCD , Plasma are now the most popular and CRT is becoming obsolete
