Friends for Fitness - Goals 11/09/06

My goals today are:
1) to drink at LEAST 20 ounces of water every day
2) to walk at least 15 minutes on my lunch break.
I have already met one goal! I walked 20 minutes on my lunch break today and burned 91 kcals.
I am going to start setting weekly goals for myself, and daily goals.
This week is almost over, so my weekly goals for the remainder of the week (I am going Monday-Sunday) are:
1) To walk one hour (overall) between now and Sunday night. I have about 40 minutes to go!!
2) To write in my diet journal (or post something on here) every day.
What are your fitness/exercise goals, and what do you think are your best ways for meeting them?
