How many people out there actually voted?
Those who didn't vote, why not?
And, in the wonderful state of Colorado, people didn't seem to stick to their ideologies as strongly as in past elections, was that a trend seen in other states as well?

I voted because a) I just turned 18 not long ago and the first election is exciting at least for me. Also, I was tired of all the b.s. from washington. I mean I don't know that much about politics, but I know what I see and up until now things have sucked, and maybe now the little people can have a say and not just the big corporations.

forgot to add a b. Anyway, b) if you don't vote you have no right in my opinion to complain about the way things are being run.

I made sure to vote, even though it meant spending an extra 15 minutes registering because I just moved.
It's my right and my duty to vote. Not voting is basically putting the fate of the country in other people's hands.
