Cross Words Puzzles. Find a Word Puzzles

Hello cupie.....I love cross words and word puzzles,and nothing is more pleasurable than curling up with some good cross words to solve on a rainy day.Also when I am travelling long distance,I always like to have these cross words and puzzles to keep me company.Not only are cross words a good pass time,but they are also said to stimulate our brain function and help us to have a healthier mind...... Btw Cupie do you mean to say that you only prefer to attempt puzzles and cross words from USA alone?

I love crosswords especially; moreso than wordsearches. I always have a couple of books of crosswords when I go away on holiday, to while away my spare time, if I can find any, and if there's a spare newspaper down on the pub counter, I'll sit and do them with the youngsters, lol. I also like word, board games, like scrabble. Brightest Blessings, my friend.

Nothing like a good cross word puzzle or a scrabble game to keep you occupied usefully and interestingly.I just love any word game for that matter.

Hi Cupid, Could you lend me the books? I am very fond of solving the crossword and at one time had a huge collection of these books. Whenever I have to travel long distance I make sure I carry a crossword book to keep myself busy.

I am not too fond of cross word puzzles unless they are something connected to films as I am very fond of watching films. I like to solve the sudoko and try to get my hands on the soduko everytime some one brings the paper home.

Yes! I used to love them. What about Sudoku? Do you like Sudoku? (It's a type of number puzzle - it's really time consuming but they really make you think!). I'm never any good at crossword puzzles, but I like word finds and other puzzles they have in those kinds of books.

I do love a good word find puzzle book. I like cross words puzzles too, but not near as much. I grew up with my grandparents keeping the word finds in the bathroom where most people keep magazines, so I would say I am pretty good at them!

Hi, cupid! Crossword puzzles and find a word puzzles are fun to me. I used to be really into crosswords, doing one a day. Lately, I been on a kick of playing Sudoku puzzles and not so many crosswords. I really like find a word puzzles to use in a variety of ways with my son. We practice letters, counting, and all kinds of fun things with them.

Hi Cupid, Finally you got a method to avoid the boredom and I am glad to know the same. I think now you won’t blame me at least as - I wanted to pack you up. (lol). Sometimes I sit with puzzles but normally I don’t have that much patience. But I sit with my kids when they do the puzzles and I know puzzles for kids are simple. Actually I need full concentration but I can’t get the same at home (lol).

Hello I am more into find a word ones Once in a while I buy a big book of them and it will be like my new best friend . I will take it alll over LOL . Oh, my gosh I think I have a half filled one upstairs LOL . You know what I wanna finish it again . Plus I think it might help pass the time , or help me sleep , but usually I read before sleep . Hi, I sometimes spend time on Sudoku . I also have 1 puzzle book with Kakuro and some other puzzles . However;now a days I am not able to find the time for these puzzles and not regularly into these .

Hi cupid! I really like them especially if I'm going on a long trip or riding in an airplane. They are good for passing the time.
