Help me go to sleep?

For some reason it takes me hours to go to sleep latley and i'm not sure why. I just end up tossing and turning until midnight, when i went to bed at 9:30! It is leaving me in a zombie state in the morning. Anyone have any advice or help?

I have a little trick when I have problem sleeping. I close my eyes halfway and not try to sleep. This makes my eyes tired and before I know it, I am already asleep. Cheers!!

you just need to analyze yourself and the problem. I think you need to know if there are things and worries weighing on your mind, anxiety, early signs of depression, too much caffeine intake or relationship issues. Erase all of this problems at night, because you dont like to look like zombie the next morning. We do need to take care of our health and sleep is important because our body and mind needs rest and sleep is the only way we can get it. pamper yourself, take a warm bath and apply your favorite lotion, oil before bed. Write all your worries in a notebook, get a massage, meditate and pray. This are all the things i can share and was very effective based on my own experience. i hope i can help :) Happy mylotting!!!

That is a very plausible explanation. Becuase i sometimes think that i have a "restless" brain and always have things running through my mind, even when lying in bed. So i will try taking that warm bath and just trying to relax more before bed if i can find the time. Thanks for the adivce!
