Hi Raygibbs,Yes what dentists said is right we have two brush twice a day because the foods we may stick to our teeth and form a layer over our teeth when we sleep in night without brushing our foods practicals in our teeth may start decay and starts to destroy our teeth.Which may lead to tooth decay if we didn't cure it in starting age than we have to lose the teeth if it destroy our root of the teeth So better brush your teeth twice a day .

Actually you should brush after every meal. I only brush once a day in the morning.

I think we should brush our teeth at least twice a day, which is after we wake up in the morning and also before we go to bed at night. After we wake up, I am sure it's really smelly in our mouths, so we should brush our teeth and make it smell better. Also, before we go to bed, we should actually clean our teeth so that the bacteria won't leave overnight in our teeth. I've told it's also good to brush our teeth after every meal, or at least we should "gagger" after the meal, to make our mouth and teeth clean.

I have to brush my teeth in the morning to get the nasty off of them from sleeping. I like my mouth to feel fresh and clean as my breath too. I also have to brush them at night or at least after dinner to make sure all particles are removed in between my teeth. Plus I like to have a clean mouth at night to kiss my husband. I know we are suppose to brush them after each meal, but when away from home I usually use sugar free gum after a meal to try to clean them.
