Children are precious, and require alot of care, love, and happiness. If this women is able to provide all the above to there children no matter how many they have then there should be no problem. The problem comes from women that are selfish enough to have kids just for the sake of remaining with the father, or they feel they can only find the love and attention they need from having so many kids. i have 2 children and i'm a single mother, but the difference with me is that i know i can provide and produce a happy life for my kids. So to answer your question should there be a limit; Only when the childen can not be cared for and there quality of life is substantialy lower due to the fact that there are too many kids.
