bored at work anyone?

So, I work in a hotel and Im sat here doing absolutley nothing!! My head aches and im hungry..(not allowed breaks)which is crappy coz its not like there is anything going on!
I have packing to be doing as im moving house this week and stuff to sort out for school...Anyone else frustrated at work feeling they are wasting their time being there?
Do get back to me...Id love to hear from ya!

I just hate being here. I got last months work caught up today. February is hitting hard though. ONly one weeks worth of work has my desk packed. I hate it. I wish i didn't have to work here but ihave no other job opportunities. This sucks. And i wont be getting off for a few more hours.

I here ya! im trying desperatley to set up an online business so I can pack this job in...need to save so much money for may though(i applied for an internship back stateside)-talk about feeling trapped! What is it you do?
The economy is in such a mess..I think the only way forward is to save hard and try get online opportunities if nothing else to fall back on for it seems at least that the internet money exchange system is still flourishing despite the current market!
Ugh! so fed up! I am here til 2200 tonight

I am a file clerk. The only thing i like about working here is the internet access. Which i am not suppose to use but screw them? I know half the people who work here use the internet so i will do it if i want.

yea i just started havin the guts to go online myself! just have to remember to delete the history n stuff! job is easy..just boring as hell right now! so it looks good from a distance to the guests if im looking at the computer and typing aaway! haha! i dont wanna be connected to the streotype of a receptionist filing her nails n popping gum!

I work on campus and the job is very boring. I just sit there and wait for people to ask me questions. We aren't allowed to talk to other people at work and we have one break for 15min only if we work5 hours in a row. I am glad that I have a job I just wish I had a job that i enjoyed.

oh wow! thats sucky for real! At least in my job as a receptionist I can talk to my colleagues and guests..in fact, i got a free ticket to a contemp dance show tonight from a guest..they were a dance copnay..then we wnnt for dinner and drinks! maybe i shouldnt complain!on the other hand, i work 8-16 hr shifts n no breaks whuch i know is illegal but i aint gonna say nething and put my job in jepordy coz i dont think id get another so close to where i live and able to work around my other two jobs and schl...yeah i said other two! lol im a dj and i also run a business from home...
anyways, guess we all get pissy and fed up sometimes and its good to vent! glad i have mylot..has helped me destress bout a bunch of stuff!
Hang on in there guys...itl be iight..we jus gotta breathe slow =)

I too get bored some times in office but I respect my work as I work because of my choice and if some day the situation gets beyond tolerance I will search anew one..any way during recession you should be carefull in switching from settled jobs.
