After a lot of consultations with the support team in Paypal I opened an HDFC account. Gradually my account and the International Debit Card (VISA) was activated. Then I created the NETSAFE card and added it to PAYPAL. It showed that my account stood VERIFIED. Then I entered Neobux and tried to transfer funds to it through PAYPAL. And it was rejected. Any idea?? Please help.
