Best University for doing MS in computer science?

I am doing my MCA final year in INDIA right now. I just want to go for MS to foreign country. I also want to have scholarship and a less fees too. I even have to work. Right now the Software Industry is also down. In the current situation, keeping all the above things in mind, can you people suggest me a good university and also a good country for doing MS.

Well Prashanth01, you didnt write anything about whether u have attended tests like TOEFL, IELTS, GRE. Based on your score u can decide about the country n University. I agree with u that software industry is down now. But we have to believe in hope that it would rise again. N ur idea of doing MS in this situation is also good. N regarding scholarship n fees that would also depend on ur score. If u have a good score u would get admission in a good university with less fees n facility of scholarship. N if the university n ur visa permits u, u can work simultaneously. Most universities allow to work for 20 hrs a week n if u get special permission from the campus, u can work for more 5 hrs. I suggest u to prefer UK. All The Best dude...

hello friend....i think i am in a similar situation....but i am engg. final year......and have also given GRE and TOEFL....so, i have applied to some universities based on my score,.....

as for you, I'll say that you should decide your university based on your scores in these exams .......and also your academics.
