What does everyone think of all the added fluoride. Do you watch what products you buy and use, do you buy fluoride free water or does it even matter to you?

I don't think anything good comes from using fluoride. It's a man-made chemical that people think is good to use. Years ago, dentists used to give fluoride treatments all the time, now they either use something else or give a washed-out version of a fluoride treatment.
Here's how you can find out if fluoride is good for you. Ask your dentist or doctor if they would drink a small 1 oz mouthful of fluoride...of course they'll refuse...then ask them why they wouldn't.
Anything you put into your mouth is absorbed my your gums, tongue,...every part of your mouth absorbs the chemicals.
If your dentist won't ingest fluoride, or your doctor won't, then you shouldn't either...and if they would be willing to do so, you may want to look for another medical professional.

Thanks for you comment and I can't agree more. I have now switched to fluoride free tooth paste, water and anything else that might include it. I have also heard that fluoride causes the body to retain aluminum which is found in high amounts in the brain of people with Alzheimer's. makes me want to ditch both.

I dont think fluoride is bad for you and I have used it for years. I think it is something that is very good for your teeth and should be used to help keep them healthy and to keep everything well in your life. I do think fluoruide is an essential mineral and one tha is useful to include in our diet for various reasons.
