Family puzzles

Our family does lots of puzzles through the winter. We set them up in the family room and put them together while watching movies on those cold and nasty days. I'm not really one for cleaning up all of the water from melted snow when the kids go out to play so puzzles are a nice distraction...lol We've been doing it for years and we really enjoy it. :-)

Yeah! My daughters love doing them. There was a time I used to do lots of them and get them framed. I have not done any for ages though. They are great fun though and very addictive, as you just want to get then finished as a challenge. I used to love the wild Indian ones and the animal ones framed.

We always get my mom a puzzle or two at Christmas and then do it together. This year we did one of Cinderella's castle and a dolphin puzzle, which was mostly various shades of blue. Unfortunately, we have discovered that our dog does in fact eat puzzle peices, so one peice is missing and another has been chewed upon.

We do!! I love puzzles. Right now we are in the middle of a holographic one .. it is so hard!! It's going to be pretty when it's done, though. We are maniacs when it comes to puzzles, we do the border first, then separate all the pieces by color, lol! :D

Mine are too little right now to do puzzles,they would eat them, but when they get a bit older I plan to do them. We did them as children in my family and I think they are a wonderful thing to do with a family.
