My boyfriend has a paypal account, but its not verified. Can I add my debit card and verify it, so he can send money to my paypal account? It won't take money off my debit card will it?

You can't do like that.While verification, the address mentioned in the pay pal account and the address details of the debit/credit card we are submitting to attach with the Pay pal account will be checked for coincidence.In your case, they will differ and it will not be accepted and this is due to avoid some misuse of both paypal account and the debit/credit cards.
