database limitations

I know every database engine has its limits, such as number of consecutive users, max table size, number of tables, colmn width..... I have not been able to find this information about Oricle. If anyone has any specs on oricle i woiuld be very interested. Also if anyone knows of a database system that handles over 4billion records in a table that yould be of help. Thank you
