I love Neutrogena for my skin. That stuff always works. For my hair, I will use anything as long as it does not make my hair fall out.

Myself I never go. But maybe that's cause I'm a man. But my wife she loves going but she hasn't treated herself since November and her mom took her. And yes I have heard that for pedicures you really should go every two weeks but who can afford that. That would be like $60. bucks a month. Not my cup of tea. I think what you should do is limit yourself a budget of how much you want to spend in 12 months and than divide it up. If you want to go for a massage than do that for a indulgent for two months. And than the third month do something else. This way you can save money and you don't over spend and still have the luxury of treating yourself. Unless of course you make over $50,000 a year than treat yourself more than that. But just make sure you set a budget.
