1. Drink plenty of water. 2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a price and dinner like a beggar. 3. Eat more foods that grow in trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. 4. Live the the 3 E's: energy, enthusiasm and empathy. 5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga and prayer. 6. Play more games. 7. Read more books than you did in 2008. 8. Sit in silence for at least 10mins. each day. 9. Sleep for 7 hours. 10. Take a 10-30mins walk everyday. And while walking, smile.

This things are basic and simple but are the things that we usually neglect and forget.Thanks for reminding your fellow mylotters like me for keeping the body healthy and sound. A positive and good outlook in life will also help to improve ourselves. Heres my own version of the 10 things that may actually help in maintaining a healthy and sound body. 1. Say sorry to the ones you hurt and forgive the ones who have hurt you. Forgiving makes the heart and the mind peaceful. 2. Dance in the rain. Being a child once in a while keeps you young at heart. 3. Share your blessings. Give your lunch to a beggar, donate to your church. This things make you realize how bless you are. 4. Accept criticisms. These things humbles you. 5. Daydream. Happy thoughts = Happy Soul 6. Draw or paint. Write a poem .Expressing your artistic side allows you to have an outlet of your feeings, whether they are negative or not. 7. Have a pet. These teaches you to be responsible and tolerant. 8. Plant a tree. Nothing is comaprable to the feeling once you see it grow. 9. Say I love you to the ones you really love., then tell them why. Making others feel good about your self is healthy. 10.Reflect, repent and thank Him for all the blessings you have in your life. Time to show gratitude to HIM. Hope you liked my list...

That's great advice the health book is giving. :) I've heard the eat like a king for breakfast, like a prince for lunch and a beggar for dinner. I've heard it from a biggest loser trainer, in Australia, it's a tv show for people to loose weight. Though I'm not sure if I really agree with the 7 hours of sleep.. If it was me I would change it to 9 hours! Or atleast 8. More healthier. :)

It is kind of you to list the ten commandments every human should follow to lead a healthy and peaceful life.Quite simple and hard to follow,but one should take steps to follow the stated at least and sure,it will be rewarded.Thanks to share your valid path to healthy life.Cheers!
