1. Call you family often. 2. Each day give something good to others. 3. Forgive everyone for everything. 4. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6. 5. Try to make all three people smile each day. 6. What other people think of you is none of your business. 7. Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay connected.

Someone else on mylot posted this, but it was the one for sleeping, eating, etc. Yes, this healthbook is sounding like a great thing to follow in life. Not only 2009, but many other years to come! All the best.
