Help!

I have been trying to get into one particular website (which i couldn't mention here). Every time i enter the website address, the page came out blank (absolutely empty). I have been advise by the website admin to either clear my cookies or try using other browser....did that also....with Firefox, Avant, Safari, IBM Lotus Note, Chrome, even Flock and Explorer.....same result....anyone familiar with this problem....care to share with me any good advice?
