what business do you think would click in this time of crisis?

I think the most interesting business that can give you more profit is the coffee shop and ice cream house. Thats what im thinking right now. If i have enough money around 1000 bucks in my wallet, then i go with it. I probably will start with one worker with me and i do want to open it near my house. I just want to do something instead of being a medical lab science, because after that i have nothing to do after i finish my activity in the laboratory, maybe to open a coffee laboratory? DO you know that the price of the coffee can be extremely expensive after you seel them in coffee shop? Compare to buy the coffee in the supermarket with price 1bucks you can buy 10sachets of nescafe but in coffee shop you pay 2bucks for a mug of coffee?Its interesting right? How about the cake? People wants the cake with coffee... so the price for the cake will be affected to be expensive because people dont want to go far from your coffee house just to look for nice quality and tastey cake to accompany their coffee... hehehe. I do like this business because i like the smell of coffee and the sound of espresso machine. This business doesnt require to much energy, just rent a small area near the mall, buy few sofas and chairs, tables, and you make the place comfortable enough to stay long... learn to provide good ambience inside and also the most important to provide good quality coffee and cake... Hmmm... But anyway, thats my opinion. I dont know about you since you have different background- automotive. I heard many people from different background start to learn to be barista to learn from zero experience about coffee and now most of them have their own business and i heard they are success with their coffee... have a nice day.
