Ahm... I found this site that does not offer money but it lets you earn points to exchange for gadgets like PS3, xbox, i touch and many more... Does it work in the Philippines?
I noticed a lot of similar sites havent got the Philippines on theyre list of approved countries. Which is a bit unfair because it logs IP. e.g. I have an address in the UK also but I cant even join..lol
