Are you a pack rat or a simplest?

I suppose I'm more of a pack rat, but occasionally I make attempts at reform. I know we need to get rid of alot of this stuff we have lying around, but if I try to get rid of hubby's stuff I get in trouble. Of course I have plenty of stuff myself, but think I may need it at some point. We really do need to clean out the garage though and hubby agrees, but when this will happen??? I am curious about your answer.
