Youless, you're one lucky gal. I know that it's generally the female that's the clothes shopper, but coming from a person like me (who hates to shop), whenever anyone buys me or helps me purchase clothing, I'm always greatful. Sounds to me as if your man knows what he likes. But, when you said, "...dare not wear it." does that mean it's hideous, so not your style or...worse? You don't have to answer that, but your discussion definately amused me so early in the fricken morning. Don't worry about having known about the gift. There are things that aren't always helped. I mean, eventually you'll know, just know if you have to play surprised or tell him the truth. My boyfriend bought my son a new game system and the boy peeked in the bag. Glad you liked your surprise my friend! I have to say that buying something for the lady is never easy! That is why I think perfume is usually the best, flowers can be boring and sometimes the lady thinks you are feeling guilty and chocolates are not always appreciated. Your husband is a lucky man to have you and you certainly deserve your gift enjoy!

that is so sweet! good thing that your husband knows your size. its must be great to be able to receive gifts on Valentines day. When my husband and I got married, we had financial obligations to take care of so we never considered giving gifts to each other during Valentines. I envy you... hope someday we will be able to afford to buy gifts.

hello youless what a nice surprise that you received from your hubby like that. an early Valentine's Day gift. that was really sweet of your hubby to do that for you. and i am also glad to hear that you liked the dress. whoo hoo! lol your hubby will probably get you something else come Valentine's Day on Saturday, don't you think? lol a box of chocolates? maybe some flowers or even a nice card for you to open on Saturday. if and when that if i do get anything from my hubby for Valentine's Day, it will not be until Saturday that i receive anything as far as a gift for Valentine's Day goes. lol but each year, i always am pleased with what the he gets me for Valentine's Day thou. take care and have a beautiful afternoon.
