Hi friends! The most disturbing factor that has come to the fore that mylot.com has gone downhill in its latests ranking. We all are worried over this issue. We are mylot citizens and would feel pained if this platform goes to the dog and we are no body here though we feel proud that mylot. only is the single platform where the global community meets every day and discusses even the most crucial matter in the most amicable way.. Now the question - if this is the scene how will you contribute so that mylot. survives and remains the no.1? Lets see our views and opinions.

Are you referring to the Alexa rankings? As far as I can see, the number of registered members continue to grow. Alexa rankings may vary around for a site over time, but that doesn't bother me and probably it doesn't bother many other members here too. The site is still pretty much alive, and I still encounter lots of participation amongst members. Many members are also great supporters of this site. I will be shocked if the issue of myLot's survival or continuity is in any danger. My take is that myLot will continue to be around for some time, and also grow its member base even more provided it doesn't run into problems with paying its members for their participation. Many internet sites that reward members for their participation become history when they either stop paying or delay their payouts, because then they get bad press and people get wary and start to stay away, killing them in the process.

Exactly. It was possibly seeing it on Alexa that two users of this site had posted over its down rate of late. This threw me alarmed and I posted this just to see how people around are holding view on mylot. Even I feel not for some time it would last long long time, the best reason is most of us are not that much worried over money thing and to that money that one gets is too low if you compare it with your contribution. Whats say???

The money we earn here is small change, but I have been on quite a number of money making sites where people really get panicky when payouts are not done or are delayed by administrators for whatever reasons, and the site just goes into a downward spiral very quickly. I don't think myLot is spared from this possibility, but so far so good we don't get this kind of issue with this site. Actually I don't really look at the Alexa ranking as far as myLot is concerned. I'm probably like the typical member who every now and then gauges the pulse of this site, the activities going on and the member base, and sense that things are a-okay. So no alarm bells for us, even if the Alexa ranking shows any slide.

My contribution will not change. I admit the money is what attracted me to this site but I hung around and it's a pretty cool place. Still, if it goes down, it goes down, just as a bunch of sites before it. I'm not going to do anything differently if it does. I will just stay here as long as they pay okay and still have enough members to be worth it, but if they drop off the face of the web, I won't be hurt. Sorry to sound so harsh, but that is how I feel. I have a few other sites I earn with and all so it's cool.

If that's the case members had to support mylot, by being active and as much as possible invite friends to join my lot to increase mylot population. Members must work together support each other by joining discussions and start interesting new discussions. Make friends with members and have healthy discussions over topics. It's alright if there are negative responses as long as you say it not to offend others. By this we are doing something for mylot, for our mylotters friends and we improve our earnings.

I am not sure it could be the Alexa rating which often keeps on changing. But I too can see the population getting added each day, each minute.

you need not worry dear. This is temporary phase only, that too this was based on Alexa.com. You need not panic, as it would not close at least for another few years. To increase its population we need to refer to our friends and all. Thanks for your response.

Surely the population is on the rise but it could be possibly because some users mark others negative just for nothing. Even if the stuff is good enough to receive a positive mark they do not do so.
