I have been working are to pack on some muscle the last year and a half (I was pretty skinny). I gained about 25 lbs or so but the last 6 mo or so I seemed to have plateaued and am having more trouble putting on muscle. I was just wondering is anyone had any tips to get out of this rut and start making some gains again. Thanks!

Simple answer is - keep your excercise routine the same but eat more food. Trust me on this, eat more and at frequently intervals(atleast 5 times a day). Also take more rest.

Very sound advice. I went from 148lb to 175lbs last year doing what you said, but I was only eating 4 meals a day. I'll take your advice and bump up to 5 a day, that and working out harder should help. Thanks bud.
I take it you workout often?

Muscle don't grow much if they are over worked. So don't work out till you get tired/worn out. Real life example: notice the difference in muscle mass of a marathon runner and a 100 metre sprinter. So concentrate on making your work out short but effective. Ex: using heavy weights. Working out till one is tired is for people who want to loose weight. Search on the net for a diet to increase weight.
Ya I used to work out with a proper time table. Now my schedule is not fixed so I just excercise when I have time or my my body feels like it.
