If there is something you want to change about you, what would it be?

I would have to say my sensitivity.
I 've been told I overthink things, and I take things to heart.
This has made it very hard for me to trust people.

Great! We need to be sensitive at times.. but there's an acceptable level..

Good luck.
That is a good thing you are doing.
As for me, I would like to be able to express myself better.
When I am with people, I tend to shut down, so to speak.
I need some more self confidence.
Though it has gotten better through the years, I am still not where I want to be with this.
Take care.

Hi! I had the same problem with you until I had this "presentation skills" training. Part of the discussion in the training was, you can express yourself better when you are confident. What happens when you are not confident is that you have a fear that your thoughts/ideas might be rejected or criticezed. You can gain confidence when you know well about the topic. So one solution here is to increase your knowledge.. read a lot...

Yes that helps too.
But when I get nervous or sense that someone does not like me,
I black out. I don't remember what I wanted to say.
I am very sensitive when it comes to knowing what others think.
I wish I did not have that.
It is very difficult to get along with everyone.
Some people can smile, and act very well, in the mean time they hate you.
I feel these things. When I talk and someone is bored with me, I know.
When someone thinks I am wrong, but lets me think I am right, I know.
That does not help my self confidence. hahaha!
I also feel peoples feelings and I can sense there personality.
Normally I am right too.
But, very seldom I am wrong. Then I am really wrong. 5% of the time.
Take care, Happy mylotting.
