Why people like putting olive oil in their salad? / myLot

I wanna know does it taste good? i never try put it in my salad but i watch on tv the chef love putting olive oil in the salad

Because it tastes good. I put olive oil and basaltic vinegar on my salad. It's the best way to dress a salad.

i love using olive oil in my salads for dressing, i usually mix it with rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar. i love the taste of it and olive oil is very healthy for you you should try it!

Some people think it tasted good. I do.. Olive oil is always very healthy for people too.. But I do not eat it often... as I find I get gas from it :) .. - DNatureofDTrain

I am not sure why people like this either. i do not like it. I love ranch or french dressing on my salads. with bacon bits and crutons and cheese. Yummo.
