How can I burn a VCD file from an encrypted CD onto a blank CD?

I'm afraid of physical harm to the CD by frequent use. So I'd like to burn my wanted VCD file onto a blank CD. I can't view the VCD files ended with the file extension name "dat" when I open the explorer. Only "autorun.inf" and "cdplayer.exe" are displayed. How can I view them and burn my wanted file. I don't want to clone the whole CD.
