This is kind of two different questions.
First, do you believe in miracles or do you believe there is scientific explanations for what we would call a miracle?
I personally believe in miracles, there are some things that no one or no scientific experiments can explain. I believe it was a miracle to meet my gf. I met her online and they way it happened i think, has no scientific explanation. I believe God sent her to help me and she changed me soo much for the better and i am ever thankful for that. But im curious what fellow mylotters think about it?
Second. I dont know how many people have seen the movie Miracle on ice, but im sure most people have heard the story of the 1980 Mens olympic hockey team. Do you think the win against the Russian Hockey team was a miracle? i know its kind of an odd question, but we had a discussion about it today in one of my classes, so i thought i would ask some people here :)

Yes I most certainly do believe in miracles. I have had a lot of things happen in my life that can not be explained but by a miracle of God
Sorry I am not failure with the movie or story so I really can not say one way or the other

Yes, I most definitely believe in miracles. My cancer Dr considers what happened to me to be a definite miracle. He ran tests and retests, and then MORE retesting, and decided that science has absolutely NO explanation for how a deadly cancer could be there before surgery, and a totally different (and easier treated cancer) would be there while in surgery. He even sent pre-op samples, and the samples taken during surgery to whole different sets of labs outside of the hospital system...same with the organ itself. The whole cancer team who worked on me was totally baffled, and there was no human error involved. Let's just say I am SO thankful!!
As a former hospice nurse, I can also say that I have seen mystifying miracles with other patients too. And a patient who was in a coma, and totally unresponsive, for over a decade years mysteriously come come out of it and resume a normal life once again. There are many miracles that happen in life, but people are always searching for a logical explanation, and when a logical explanation cannot be found it's truly amazing. I haven't seen miracle on ice, (I've heard of it though) One never knows, it just may have been a miracle when the odds were so against them. Also...congrats on meeting your gf, that's wonderful :-)

Yes I do believe in miracles 100%. Having my 2 beautiful babies boy and girl is such a big miracle that happened in our life. I am not ready yet to have a baby but God gave me. So I asked Him at first that would be a boy because we wanted a baby boy as the first baby. We were thankful coz it was granted. Then the 2nd pregnancy we were asking a girl and in reality it's a girl. We were so happy. And guess what I did? I always prayed and go to church and asked all the time the gender of the baby. I am not the one who attend a mass just light candles and pray sincerely/faithfully asking for miracles. So I really do believe in miracles.
