I am british and i am proud to be british.

I think the British on the whole are rather reserved. I'm British by the way, and I like being British. It's all I know :)

I am particularly fond of the World War II era British people. It's plausable that many of the Britain's finest actually perished in that conflict, leaving behind a stark societal void that would never be properly filled for generations to come. I enjoy hearing about the comradery between U.S. and British troops in that time period. It must have been a special time in history.
