Is there a game online, where the point of the game is to bend the rules to win?

Personally, if your topic is 'bending the rules to get to the top', I feel that doing a topic relating to games is kind of... not great. It would be easier to talk about politicians or something like that, and how they change their opinions quickly to get the public vote... But in line with your topic, I suppose there's "Cheat" (also known as 'BS' or 'I doubt it' -- find more information on Wikipedia under Cheat (game)), which is a card game, and you're supposed to lie about how many cards you put down... but I'm not sure if you can play online... (I know it's on neopets, but that's not really a great reference)... Hope I helped.
