Dear MyLot Friends who don't want to lose our country's freedoms, please join with me and help me to draft a petition that all Americans can sign to keep our freedoms in this country. Let's not throw away what so many have died to give us! We have the most unique country in the world so let's fight for it! Let's tell the powers in government that we are coming together to stop socialism and stop special interest groups from taking away our freedoms. Our freedom of religion and our freedom of speech and our freedom to pray and our freedom to worship as we please! It's time that we stop allowing the liberal socialists to take away our country!
George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Abraham Lincoln and so many more fought and designed this country so we could all be free not so the government could tell us how to live and where to live and what we can do.
For all our new president goes on about how much he admires President Lincoln, Lincoln would roll over in his grave to see what our new president and his group are trying to do to this country that so many have fought for.
Are you so willing to give up the American Dream because you don't want to fight? Please, join with me! Please, let us come together the way our forefathers did and stand up for what this country means and what it has meant to so many for so many years. People have died for this nation to remain free. Are you going to sit back and let their deaths be in vain?
Please share your ideas with me on what should go into this petition. I'm going to be emailing everyone I know to get input. We have to do something now before it is too late and our freedoms are gone!

Your cause is just but the time has not come for people to overcome their shallow
world views that have never worked in the past. Slowly the U.S government has become
involved in far more aspects of its citizens lives than our forefathers would ever
imagined. No one really cares anymore. Some future generation will one day have the
passion to really stand up for freedom but until then I' m sorry but I see no real
advice I could give you for a petition that at this moment in the Obama era has, in my humble opinion, has no real possibility of success.
Guess we should all get government jobs. Ya Think!

Balderdash!!! I'm not waiting for this country to go completely to hell before I stand up and say and do something! That's a lazy, apathetic attitude and I don't intend to take it! I'm going to do everything in my power to make a difference in this country. If our forefathers had that attitude, we wouldn't be here right now. No way am I going to sit back and do nothing!
