At a loss

How time flies. 2 years and a half have passed since I took this job. Though I am used to the lift here, in fact,during the past time here,what I did was not what I expect at all. Often, I am desirous to resign,but I failed again and again. Who can take me far away from this place? What should I do?

Regarding your current situation, I think not only you bust most of people have such a period during their lifetime. As you know, the life road for many people will not be so smooth as they wish, so it is normal that you have such a situation at present!
I suggest you make an analysis first and then decide which way to go. If you do not like your current job and can find a better job easily though the economy crisis stil exists, then you can leave without any hesitate. But if a better job is not available easily, then you should consider carefully. After all, it is you that need this job to make a living but not the vice versa.
So I hope you can make a deep consideration!
