What does 'tall,dark, handsome' mean?

I think that too, people mean dark hair when they say dark or it could mean tanned not sure. I don't think I've used that phrase before but I hear it all the time. Everyone has different taste in men, handsome can mean handsome to one person and another can think he is isn't. Thank god we all have different taste or we'll all be after the same men:)

It is just a saying! That is all it is, has no meaning at all! If anything it means that the person does not know what they really want. Just somebody to love.

I guess majority of women would still want a tall, a little bit dark skin with a great body because it looks manly for them. But dark skin man is not my type and I still prefer tall, white, handsome man..hehehe..
