If you are a gamer, most likely you have already heard of entropia & 2nd life. What makes this 2 games so different is that you are able to change real life currency into the gaming currency, and vice versa! In fact, if you do a google search in the net, you can find real players making investment, business in game, and reap the rewards in real life. However, i feel that it really defeats the purpose of the game. Majority of the people join in the hope for financial returns, for example, 99.99% of second life gamers are selling items, rather then to socialize which is the key objective of the game.
Would you play a game that is not un-enjoyable to you for $ returns? Would you be daring enough to invest in a game?

Look, this is my suggestion:
If MindArk (creators of Entropia Universe) had created this game to get you rich, they would be in ruin. Found, the percentage of money you receive investing money between 80/90%. I can tell you by experience that the only way to make money is without investing nothing; And it's very, very slow...
If you want to earn something, think that the only way to make rich from other users, no from MindArk.
Think that is like a casino, but in game. All the times, the cashier wins :)!
Hope that this can help you.
