what for??

For me, I work mostly because working increases my self esteem. If I didn't want to I wouldn't have to work. I am disabled and the government would write me a monthly check happily ( well I don't know about happily but they will ). I still get part of that check but not as much as I would if I were unemployed. For every two dollars that I make the government takes away a dollar from my check. I could care less about this dollar, I am still ahead and as long as they leave my services alone ( by services I mean health insurance,PCA care, wheelchair repair and so on) they could take their money away tomorrow and I wouldn't really care, it would be a struggle but I would deal. That's my story.

It is nice to earn our money and get things that we wanted. (materially) It is nice to know good friends through work (friendship) It is nice to gain knowledge/awareness and contribute of what we have(well-being) It is nice to be appreciated and know our strength and weakness (evaluation)
